Job Description:
A company is looking for a CDBG-DR Managing Associate to assist
with Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery program
and policy development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in tracking project progress and adjusting
timelines or resources as needed
Support the development of policy and procedure manuals in
collaboration with Project Managers
Conduct research and analysis on disaster recovery compliance
topics to serve as a resource guide for clients and staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business
management, economics, public administration, or a similar
discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience in federal grants management
compliance, preferably with CDBG or similar programs
Desire to impart knowledge and assist project stakeholders in
achieving programmatic compliance
Ability to serve as a technical assistance resource to clients and
grant subrecipients
