Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)
to provide education and training mission support to the Defense
Health Agency (DHA).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate subject-specific working groups for
training development
Develop detailed design documents and storyboards for web-based
training
Support subject-matter experts with the ADDIE process and adult
learning theory
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the curriculum design space
Must be able to pass a DOD background investigation
Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate
Storyline and Adobe Captivate
Familiarity with 508 compliance for courseware and training
materials
