Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a
plus
7+ years of experience in power markets or related fields
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and energy market modeling
software
Strong understanding of wholesale power market structures and
pricing mechanisms
Proven ability to lead teams and build client relationships
