Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Associate to support local and
state candidates in political campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and support candidates and volunteers through intake calls
and resource alignment
Deliver high-impact training and coaching on campaign strategy and
voter outreach
Track and analyze engagement data to refine training and improve
volunteer retention
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in field organizing, volunteer management,
or political campaign operations
Experience in high-autonomy roles with strategic leadership
capabilities
Strong training and facilitation skills in virtual environments
Expertise in AI tools and automation for enhancing campaign
efficiency
A passion for grassroots movements and independent politics
