A company is looking for a Closing Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Review legal documents for compliance with Newtek and SBA
policy
Coordinate with Closers for efficient loan closings
Prepare loan documents and oversee remote loan closings
Required Qualifications
Juris doctorate from a nationally recognized law school
Admission to state bar in good standing
Minimum of 2 - 5 years SBA or commercial loan closing experience
preferred
Strong understanding of SBA regulations and related loan
processes
Experience with commercial loan documentation and real estate
transactions
