Key Responsibilities
Partner with ASD leaders to understand focus areas and drive
performance monitoring and reporting
Analyze and communicate performance trends to leadership and
stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on key initiatives and
support pilot programs with data analysis
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or
analytics
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in analytics
software like Salesforce and Tableau
Experience in evaluating problems and creating solutions
collaboratively
Ability to build relationships with key contacts at all levels of
the organization
