Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate benefit plan operational activities and support the
development of benefit plans and programs
Research and operationalize benefit requirements, and develop
related process maps and toolkits
Lead projects related to benefits administration and run reports to
monitor trends
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in US employee benefits administration and
management
Strong project management skills with experience in leading
project-based work
CEBS, CBP or similar certification preferred
In-depth knowledge of health and group benefits, and understanding
of benefit laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce and Workday, is
a plus
