Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare UX Business Solutions
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and document current business processes, identifying
inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business
requirements, developing comprehensive documentation for
development teams
Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into
actionable product requirements and assist in solution assessment
and validation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
position
Experience with Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma, and Microsoft 365
suite
Proficiency in querying large datasets using SQL, Python, or R
Competence in dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or
similar platforms
