Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure
high-quality service
Promote best practices and manage workloads to optimize team
efficiency
Drive talent development through hiring, training, and coaching
opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims
are managed
5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of lost time
adjusters in Texas jurisdiction
Knowledge of all team member related functions
