Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA/Business Analyst to ensure
high-quality software products through testing and collaboration
with development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough testing on software applications to identify
defects and ensure functionality
Design and implement test plans and maintain automated testing
frameworks to improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate testing
progress and mentor junior QA staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Software Engineering, or related field
2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software
testing
Experience with QA processes, including manual testing and
ticketing systems
Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies, preferably JIRA
Basic understanding of programming languages for creating automated
test scripts
