We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with fellow technicians to assemble compressor skids and handle complex electrical installations. If you have a knack for interpreting electrical schematics and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly process of compressor skids.
Install electrical enclosures, conduits, and wiring.
Perform wiring terminations and conduct tests on electrical installations.
Construct and wire control panels and install various electrical instruments based on project needs.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams critical to assembling processes.
Work closely with other assembly technicians to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with management to meet detailed, customer-specific project requirements.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Handle and operate a variety of electrical tools, including standard hand-tools and power tools like cordless drills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of experience in electrical or instrumentation, preferably within the manufacturing or oil & gas industries.
Journeyman Electrician license or willingness to obtain certification.
Strong understanding of electrical safety and physical capability to handle demands of the job.

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Capable of walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling during equipment maintenance.
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Prepared to work in environments with moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and varying weather conditions.
