Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process
Consultant, CSM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning/discovery and process workshops while driving
awareness of industry trends
Define client-specific CSM business process solutions and
collaborate with Technical Leads on best practices
Build and manage relationships with clients to enhance solution
adoption and organizational readiness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of consulting experience in CSM-related implementations,
with additional experience in ITSM, FSM, or ITAM preferred
5+ years of experience in process definition, mapping, and
continuous improvement
3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow CSA and CIS-CSM Fundamentals Certifications
Extensive experience in requirements gathering and agile
methodologies
