Job Description:
A company is looking for a Charge Master Analyst who provides
reimbursement analysis and supports billing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain departmental charge masters for billing
accuracy
Assist in resolving third-party payor billing problems and develop
related reports
Provide analytical support for reimbursement practices and contract
proposals
Required Qualifications
Three years of experience in a charge master or revenue integrity
role, or relevant coding certification, or a bachelor's degree in a
related field
Knowledge of procedural coding for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and workers'
compensation
Ability to work with large databases and extract specific files
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
Coding certification (CPC, CPC-H, or CCS) preferred
