Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Review and Audit Manager for
Individual and Family Plans (IFP) Risk Adjustment Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of certified Risk Adjustment coding auditors
to ensure compliance and quality standards
Drive operational efficiencies and performance monitoring while
collaborating with internal partners for data retrieval
Oversee chart quality and completeness, managing cross-functional
activities and vendor solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years equivalent
relevant work experience
Coding certification required (e.g., CPC, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA,
CRC)
Five years of experience in managing healthcare document
preparation and operations
Familiarity with Federal/State regulations and CMS medical record
requirements
Five years of experience managing call center and/or operations
production staff
