Key Responsibilities
Guide doctoral candidates conducting research to ensure
methodological soundness
Provide detailed feedback specific to qualitative and/or
quantitative research methods
Maintain communication with candidates to ensure compliance with
doctoral program handbooks and university policies
Qualifications and Credentials
Conferred DBA or PhD in Business or related fields from an
accredited institution
Established record of research evidenced by peer-reviewed
publications and conference presentations
Experience in capstone, dissertation, or thesis mentorship
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
Full doctrinal compatibility with the institution's values
