Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team managing various Workers Compensation claims to
ensure high-quality service
Promote best practices and guide the team in accordance with
organizational standards
Manage workloads, define team goals, and utilize technology to
enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are
handled
Claims background in Workers Compensation Indemnity Claims
5+ years of prior leadership experience managing claims
adjusters
