Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closing Specialist to oversee and
execute digital signing ceremonies for borrowers.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with borrowers during digital calls to assist with
homeownership
Review and ensure quality assurance of closing documents,
addressing borrower inquiries
Facilitate post-closing tasks and provide feedback on technology
systems
Required Qualifications
Two (2+) years of experience in loan closing, preferably in the
housing market
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Proactive and autonomous worker with a flexible schedule
Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
