Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Scout to manage high-volume
recruitment and build relationships with candidates and hiring
managers.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly source and secure top talent for various positions across
the country
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and execute
recruitment strategies
Assess candidate viability, negotiate offers, and refine
recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree
or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School
Diploma/GED
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees
Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and
LinkedIn
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Agency staffing or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
