Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Compliance Advisor to ensure
product compliance with local government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute operating models and risk frameworks for product
compliance review
Manage compliance and regulatory obligations and ensure alignment
with government agencies
Coordinate product feature reviews to ensure compliance with
current and proposed legislation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Qualified accountant and current member of a professional body
(e.g., CPA, CA)
7+ years of experience in public practice focusing on taxation,
compliance, or business services
5+ years of collaborative experience in technology or with Revenue
Agencies is advantageous
Extensive knowledge of regional regulatory requirements impacting
product
Experience in writing technical advice on complex issues and
advising senior stakeholders
