Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Operations Lead to supervise
and enhance claims processing within their operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an escalation point for team members and train new staff
on claims analysis
Process claims and verify the accuracy of claims and supporting
documentation
Audit claims processing for accuracy and summarize case status
while identifying issues
Required Qualifications
GED or High School Diploma
3+ years of experience in claims analysis
Previous leadership experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Basic leadership skills
