Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Service Call Center Representative to work from home.
Key Responsibilities

Obtain and process authorizations for reorders and ensure accurate processing of patient issues
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient concerns and verify insurance coverage
Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality while supporting patient satisfaction and retention efforts

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient computer literacy and strong keyboarding skills
Evening and weekend availability may be required
