Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative to
join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payment processing and supplier management in alignment
with Service Level Expectations (SLAs)
Address inquiries related to payment disputes, pricing, and
quantity variations
Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes and
enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience using accounting/payables
principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and
Excel
Ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
Strong independent work ethic and ability to maintain
confidentiality of sensitive information
