Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate to provide
support in a remote health plan environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic support by answering inbound calls and chats
from members, providers, and vendors
Assist members with health plan-related inquiries, including
claims, billing, and benefits coverage
Facilitate access to healthcare resources and take ownership of
member issues from start to finish
Required Qualifications
5 years of related healthcare or health plan experience
Proven experience working from home or remotely
