Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Control Lead for Suspicious
Activity Monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality reviews of SAM and SAR investigations, ensuring
compliance with AML policies and guidelines
Document feedback and provide developmental guidance to analysts
while making performance recommendations
Maintain quality control procedures and assist in developing AML
program policies and training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of relevant financial crimes-related
work experience
3-5 years of AML experience and 2+ years of quality control
experience in financial crimes
Experience with SAM and SAR processes is required
Exceptional research and analytical skills are necessary
5-7 years of experience in the financial crimes industry is
preferred
