Job Description:
A company is looking for a Post Implementation Administrator to
assist with post-transaction issues in the life insurance
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Track pending cases and communicate with advisors regarding missing
requirements and documentation
Monitor pending transactions and ensure adherence to service-level
agreements
Handle post-issue transactions, including changes, exchanges, and
claims processing
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in the life insurance industry
Experience in a post-processing environment, including payment
processing
Technical experience, preferably with JIRA
Ability to provide backup call center support during peak times
Active participation in video meetings and team projects
