We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office. In the Fast Track Management Program, you'll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you'll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner.In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You'll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, which is an intensive, six-month program that will prime you for success as a manager.Training, Development & Benefits: From quality training programs to a competitive compensation package, New York Life offers tremendous support and benefits to our financial professionals and managers. • As a candidate for the Fast Track Management Program, you'll join New York Life as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, which typically take 12 months, you'll be eligible for promotion to Associate Partner.
• In this management role, you'll begin recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You'll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, a six-month intensive training designed to help ensure that you succeed when promoted to Partner.
• You'll build and lead your own team with the support of a Fortune 100 company. Our development managers and product consultants will support you in reaching your financial professionals with everything they need to know.
• Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs.
• Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager.
• Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements.
• Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more.
• Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner.Qualifications
  • Must live in West Texas - not a remote position
  • Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation.
  • Experience working in sales is required.
  • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience.
