A company is looking for an Operations Associate - Resolution to
recover underpaid hospital claims by working directly with
healthcare insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up calls and escalations with insurance companies to
resolve underpaid claims
Analyze denial data and develop responses for claim/appeal
denials
Identify payer trends and implement process improvements based on
analysis
Required Qualifications
Experience in data analytics, healthcare billing, or revenue cycle
management
Organized and analytical self-starter
Strong critical thinking skills
Attention to detail
Ability to document detailed descriptions of work completed
