Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Escalation Specialist to
provide technical support and manage the implementation of payment
services for member organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and serve as a subject matter expert for
Tessitura Merchant Services
Project manage the implementation and cutover process to Tessitura
Merchant Services
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex payment-related issues for
members
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience working with Tessitura Software and
Products
Knowledgeable in SQL Server Management Studio and API
troubleshooting
Experience supporting users of Tessitura Software and Products
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communication streams
effectively
Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a virtual
environment
