Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert to ensure the
smooth transition and ramp-up of new hires in the medical claims
processing field.
Key Responsibilities
Provide live demonstrations and conduct side-by-sides for new hires
on systems and tools
Conduct tollgate reviews and develop ramp plans for new hires
Train processors to improve call quality and compliance based on
feedback
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience supporting medical claims processors or as a lead claims
processor
Knowledge of medical reimbursement claims procedures and
documentation requirements
Familiarity with HIPAA and coding systems such as ICD9, ICD10, and
CPT
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance
