Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support its
expansion and legal initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Care, and
operational teams
Develop template contracts and knowledge resources, focusing on the
EOR product
Conduct legal research, manage relationships with Local Counsel,
and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications
Qualified Lawyer
Extensive experience in legal practice, preferably in labor and
employment law and/or international compliance
Ability to learn and master various legal and communication
tools
Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior legal
professionals
Creative legal thinker with a desire to learn about different legal
systems
