Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Methodology Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of agile
methodologies and practices, aligning them with customer-centric
design principles
Champion agile methodologies by collaborating with executives,
business leaders, and technology teams to promote awareness and
adoption
Oversee methodology playbooks and develop training strategies for
agile adoption across business units, focusing on continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science,
etc.)
6-8 years of relevant work experience
Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
Agile certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner
preferred
Proven experience implementing large-scale agile
transformations
