Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director - Office of
Technology (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve technology strategy and vision in collaboration
with the Technology Leadership Team
Manage technology business operations and leadership backlog,
ensuring alignment on deliverables
Lead communication efforts for technology initiatives and manage
technology staff meetings and operational calendars
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
10-15 years of experience, including leading large-scale Agile
transformations
Experience in leading technology functions and working in a product
management-based organization
Expertise in Agile methodologies and organizational change
management frameworks
Proven ability to develop strong partnerships with senior
technology and business leaders
