Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technology Governance Associate to
manage and improve technology operations processes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and document processes related to technology operations and
ensure adherence across teams
Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and collaborate
with stakeholders for implementation
Coordinate project activities, provide updates, and advocate for
automation to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
5+ years of relevant industry experience, typically at a Senior
Analyst or Analyst level
Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and
enterprise-level application development projects
Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for task management
Familiarity with process documentation tools such as Visio or
Blueworks Live
