Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Writer/Trainer on a
contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop educational content to support the entire customer
lifecycle
Update and manage content in the customer-facing Learning
Management System
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product
communication and support product releases
Required Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal
supervision
Experience in creating compelling video, text, and visual
content
Strong project management skills with effective time management
Experience with tools such as Gainsight CS, Intercom, Asana,
Camtasia, and Zoom
Self-motivated and team-oriented with a focus on customer
satisfaction
