Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support the
growth of their clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and interview candidates through various channels
Maintain and report on key metrics related to the talent
pipeline
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential
candidates
Required Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience as a Recruiting Specialist or in a
similar role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and interview
scheduling systems
Experience in the mental health industry is a plus but not
required
