training.
Key Responsibilities
Manage talent development programs, including review cycles and
high-performing teammate initiatives
Develop and curate engaging learning materials and training
programs for employees and managers
Lead interactive training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness
to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of learning and development experience
5+ years of facilitation experience
2+ years of SaaS experience
3+ years of project management experience
