A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and operationalization of clinical
protocols across departments
Own clinical quality improvement processes to maintain and
integrate protocols into daily operations
Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to track clinical quality
metrics and drive operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a healthcare-related field such as clinical
psychology, nursing, or social work
5+ years of experience in program development, program management,
or operations
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Proven experience in implementing complex programs and leading
cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical and data management skills
