• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required as applicable.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required as applicable.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required as applicable.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required as applicable.
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy required as applicable.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course required as applicable.
• Tech Cert Verification - National required within 30 days of start.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually.
• ENPC required as applicable.
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing required for RNs.
• State License 1 Verification required within 30 days of start.
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required within 30 days of start.
• NIH Stroke Certification required as applicable.
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) required for RNs; exams given onsite at orientation with 3 total attempts.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required as applicable by profession.
