  • Job Details
  • CST needed for a busy GYN OR unit.
    • Job Requirements
    • Graduation from an accredited program
    • 2 or more years of experience preferred, 1 year okay
    • Surgical Technician Certification
    • BLS
    • All travelers may float to like areas
    • Must live at least 110 miles from the facility
      • Additional Details
      • I9 or Attestation
      • Government Issued Photo ID required
      • Social Security Card required
      • Everify or Attestation
      • AHA ONLY! Instructor, Provider, and RQI acceptable.
      • Physical Exam required within 1 year of start
      • TDAP Vaccine required within 10 years of start
      • Fit Test required within 6 months prior to start
      • Vaccine required during flu season 10/31-3/31
      • Initial COVID series required
