      • Fit Test required within 6 months prior to start - accepted masks are standard models.
      • Vaccine required during flu season 9/1-3/31
      • Initial COVID series required.
      • 7 Year Background Check required within 30 days of start. Must run standard checks.
      • 2 References required within 3 years of start.
      • Copy of Resume/Application required.
