Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lab Manager in Internal Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate duties, schedules, and project activities to ensure
efficient lab operations
Supervise laboratory and office personnel, including recruitment
and training
Order and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific
field
4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a
specific area assigned
Must meet certification and training guidelines for laboratory
equipment and tests
Experience in cell culture and molecular biology techniques
Background in cardiovascular research is preferred
