Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to lead the strategy
and administration of its benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design and continuous improvement of benefits programs,
including health insurance and retirement plans
Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure compliance
with relevant regulations
Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process and promote
wellness initiatives aligned with employee well-being
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing employee benefits
programs
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local benefits
regulations
Experience working with benefits providers and external
consultants
Ability to analyze benefits utilization data and provide
recommendations
Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
