Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Program Director to manage
and guide a team of Campaign Managers and Digital Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the pod team, providing counsel and support on
client recommendations and campaign optimizations
Manage campaign and account issues, ensuring accurate budget
reviews and effective communication with team members and
clients
Support strategic planning and uphold company culture while
collaborating with leadership on process improvements and workload
management
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and other
relevant advertising platforms
Experience mentoring entry-level employees
High-level expertise in tracking tags implementation and
troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
