Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and
Analysis (FP&A).
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership in the FP&A function and ensure
processes are scalable with company growth
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO on all FP&A matters,
including budget forecasting and financial modeling
Lead the FP&A team, focusing on staff development and creating
effective financial presentations for leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
Master's or MBA preferred
15+ years of accounting and finance experience within the defense
contracting industry
10+ years of people management experience
7+ years of FP&A experience
Experience with Enterprise Planning Tools in the defense industry
and ability to obtain a security clearance
