Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Provider Payment
Innovation, Provider Network Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead provider innovation and network strategy, focusing on pricing,
cost optimization, and improvement opportunities
Develop and implement a multi-year strategic roadmap for
value-based payments and oversee new provider innovation
projects
Collaborate with various departments to implement targeted
initiatives and translate external strategies into internal
plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in contracting, network development, or
provider network strategy in a healthcare environment
Experience in developing and executing multiyear roadmaps and
evaluating value-based programs
Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring,
training, and managing staff performance
PMP Certification preferred
