Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Engagement and Adoption
Director - Site Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable adoption strategies to maximize
client value from licensed products
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure
proactive engagement and satisfaction
Leverage product usage analytics to identify trends and
opportunities for deeper client engagement
Required Qualifications
BS in Business or relevant degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in customer success or client engagement
roles in a SaaS company
Solid understanding of clinical trials and the clinical trial
technology ecosystem
Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to measuring
engagement and adoption
Ability to manage and scale adoption programs across multiple
customer segments
