Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capital Markets Manager II to assist
in managing the capital markets desk and support credit
administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage loan flows, concentrations, and capital markets
activities
Develop and review policies and procedures related to loan sales
and purchases
Provide leadership and act as a point of contact for Strategic
Lending Partners
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in banking credit underwriting, finance,
accounting, or economics; Master's preferred
5+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Loan Sales, and Credit
Administration
5+ years of team management experience
Experience in Credit Policies, Procedures, and Loan Audit
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs
