Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Director to drive
execution of its compensation strategy and support business leaders
with compensation planning and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and administer compensation programs, including
salary, bonuses, and incentives
Provide guidance to business leaders on pay decisions based on
market data and business conditions
Manage multiple compensation projects and collaborate with global
compensation teams on best practices
Required Qualifications
10+ years of compensation experience in both public and private
organizations
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation,
such as FLSA and EEOC
Strong Excel skills, including experience with large data sets
Expertise in executive compensation and job architecture
governance
Experience with compensation analysis for acquisitions
