A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute workforce management strategies and
processes
Forecast call volume demand and optimize staffing schedules
Manage and develop the Workforce Management Team to enhance
resource utilization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Leadership, or
related field, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience in resource/workforce management in a sales
delivery environment
3+ years of experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling required
