Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk and Compliance Program Manager
to guide collaborative programs in Trust Risk and Compliance
management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain program strategies and roadmaps aligned with
business goals
Engage with stakeholders to prioritize Trust initiatives and
establish delivery plans
Facilitate data-driven decision-making and communicate program
health to leadership
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a technical program manager role, with 4+
years focused on security, risk, or compliance
Strong understanding of Trust principles such as security and
privacy
Moderate knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO
27001
Basic understanding of cloud hosting and infrastructure
technologies
Experience managing diverse stakeholders, including technical teams
and business leaders
